As an Employee Health RN, you will serve as a critical clinician, safeguarding the well-being of their dedicated staff and fostering a healthy, thriving workplace community through expert assessment and intervention. Every day you will deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including complex pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury assessment and management, case management, and proactive health education for employees. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and 2 years clinical experience
  • Registered Nurse: AR
  • Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes nursing skills to assess the health of workers during the pre-placement health screen, recognize symptoms and refer as appropriate.
  • Provides oversight for scope of work per local regulatory requirements
  • Performs testing procedures, initiates appropriate interventions and referrals
  • Documents related to services provided.
  • Maintains and ensures confidentiality with employee health records
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary departments including Infection Prevention, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Workers Compensation to ensure regulatory, compliance and CSH policies are met.
