About The Position

The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for the measurement, evaluation, and optimization of employee experience programs and initiatives across Morgan Properties. This role applies analytics with a people-centric approach to generate meaningful insights and guide initiatives that support and strengthen culture-driven employee experience. This position serves as a strategic partner to HR, Operations, and business leaders by transforming employee experience data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement, strengthen cultural alignment, and support retention and performance outcomes. This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Conshohocken, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Analytics, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in HR analytics, program evaluation, workforce analytics, or employee engagement measurement.
  • Strong statistical and data analysis capabilities, including experience working with large datasets and survey data.
  • Experience building dashboards and executive reports using analytics or visualization tools.
  • Ability to connect workforce data with business performance outcomes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making through data.
  • High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital workplace platforms, experience management software, and data visualization tools

Responsibilities

  • Program Analytics & Measurement Strategy Design and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate employee experience programs including engagement, recognition, volunteerism, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
  • Report program success metrics, KPIs, and ROI models that align with business and workforce outcomes.
  • Monitor participation, sentiment, engagement trends, and behavioral outcomes across employee experience initiatives.
  • Conduct program effectiveness analysis, identifying correlations between engagement programs and key workforce indicators such as retention, productivity, internal mobility, and performance.
  • Build predictive and trend analyses to identify risk indicators and opportunities for program enhancements.
  • Partner with other departments to integrate data across multiple platforms and ensure reporting consistency and data accuracy.
  • Employee Listening & Workforce Insights Design and support enterprise wide listening strategies (e.g. – engagement/pulse surveys) that elevate the employee voice and strengthen the overall experience.
  • Apply analytics to translate employee feedback into meaningful insights, including sentiment analysis and thematic assessment of open text responses.
  • Showcase workforce behavior trends.
  • Conduct root cause analysis by connecting employee listening data with operational indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, mobility, and performance trends to uncover drivers of experience.
  • Deliver clear, executive ready insights and recommendations.
  • Recognition, Appreciation & Culture Building Support the strategy and execution of recognition programs that celebrate contributions, strengthen connection, and reinforce our values.
  • Ensure recognition tools and processes are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with a culture of appreciation.
  • Program Optimization & Continuous Improvement Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement, recognition, onboarding, and culture programs.
  • Identify gaps, disparities, and adoption barriers within employee experience initiatives.
  • Support pilot testing and evaluation of new engagement or experience programs using evidence-based assessment methodologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into scalable, sustainable program improvements.
