The Driver Engagement Specialist will serve as an employee advocate, focusing on the lifecycle of the Driver employees for engagement and retention and will report directly to the Senior Manager of Driver Recruitment & Engagement. This role will be responsible for interacting with the Driver employees across the organization, getting feedback from employees, working to resolve or escalate issues and organizing Driver events to make the work environment fun and have employees feel appreciated. This person will play a key role in understanding Driver employee issues and working with the managers and HR / Payroll to address these issues as needed. We are looking for an empathetic, friendly, energetic, fun, detail oriented and organized person to join our team.
