About The Position

As the Employee Engagement Manager for AMER, you will champion Everpure’s culture by supporting the design of regional experiences that reinforce our culture and values. You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, partnering with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to build a community where every employee can thrive. This role is a catalyst for engagement, transforming organizational values into tangible rituals that define our unique workplace identity.

Requirements

  • Program Management & Execution: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and events from concept to completion, with a focus on high-quality delivery and creative problem-solving.
  • Strategic Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills used to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly articulate employee experience insights to senior leadership.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting feedback and engagement metrics to measure program success and identify areas for strategic improvement.
  • Operational Agility: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage vendor partnerships, and maintain flexibility during peak planning periods to ensure successful event delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Cultural Connection: Support the end-to-end execution of regional employee programs and high-impact events at our Santa Clara headquarters to strengthen team cohesion and celebrate key milestones.
  • Champion New Hire Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the AMER new hire orientation experience, ensuring every new team member is seamlessly integrated and inspired by Everpure's mission from their first day.
  • Translate Data into Action: Analyze global engagement survey results to identify regional trends, providing evidence-based recommendations that improve organizational health and the employee experience.
  • Champion the Brand: Support Everpure’s global response strategy and help promote our employer brand on review platforms.
  • Manage Strategic Resources: Oversee regional engagement budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery of initiatives that resonate with a diverse, global workforce.
