The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for fostering a diverse, vibrant, and cohesive workplace culture by coordinating impactful initiatives that strengthen employee connection, belonging, and retention. This role supports an inclusive workplace by planning company-wide events, managing internal communication channels, supporting the onboarding process and engagement programs. Under the guidance of the Employee Engagement and L&D Manager, you will be a steward of a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your efforts will help ensure that all employees feel supported, recognized, and engaged with SEGA’s mission and values.
