Requirements
- A current student enrolled at a degree-seeking university or college, or a recent graduate of a university or college
- Experience performing administrative tasks and event planning
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and an eye for detail
- A genuine interest in people and culture
Nice To Haves
- Experience with event planning details, Canva or surveys
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives, appreciation events, and internal campaigns; includes event prep, set up, and execution for employee events
- Assist with workplace engagement efforts, employee communication mediums and content, and recognition and wellness programs and campaigns
- Track participation and gather feedback
- Provide administrative support to the Employee Engagement team as needed
- Create internal content (emails, surveys, posters, etc.) that energizes and informs
- Help track engagement metrics and feedback, turning insights into action
- Bring fresh ideas to elevate team morale and connection
