Job Summary: AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Employee Engagement Department, interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team that builds and maintains Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement through events and internal communication.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Passion for sports and live entertainment
- Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, specifically
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.
Responsibilities
- Own a number of internal communication projects, including overseeing reoccurring weekly features on the company’s intranet.
- Assist with the execution of comms plans
- Support event logistics (pulling RSVP lists, setting up and breakdown of events, booking conference rooms, etc.) for virtual and in-person events
- Assist with curating and posting company content for employees using SharePoint and AEG Backstage (company intranet)
- Perform a company intranet audit to ensure all pages are up to date
- Assist Senior Employee Engagement Events Specialist with various tasks related to employee events, (AEG Summer Picnic, Lunch with leadership, etc.)
- Help Employee Engagement team members a variety of projects as they come up.
