About The Position
This position is full-time in person. Gateway Engineers is a multi-million-dollar full-service civil engineering consulting firm with locations in Pittsburgh, PA, Butler, PA, and Selma, NC. Requirements
- Education Four-year college degree
- Teaching certification
- Create lesson plans
- Lead a classroom
- Assess progress of students
- Evaluate data/people/programs
- Provide feedback
Responsibilities
- Know/support employee development objectives
- Seek out/research employee training development opportunities
- Evaluate/provide feedback on training programs
- Lead the train-the-trainer program
- Prepare/implement training plans
