Role: Provides administrative and operational coordination for Employee Development programs, systems, and processes. Ensures efficient execution of training and development activities and supports a seamless learning experience for team members. Contributes to Rogue's Vision of "The Most Loyal Members in the Nation" through reliable, high-quality operational support of development initiatives.

Requirements

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a confidential environment with sound judgment.
  • Some lifting required (up to 30 pounds), continuous sitting, occasional standing, and occasional walking. Finger dexterity while using a computer. Occasional talking and hearing in person and on the telephone. Continuous clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and continuous clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Valid driver's license with the ability to drive or access alternative transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Administers Rogue’s learning management system (Rogue ED), including managing user accounts, uploading and maintaining courses, and ensuring the catalog is current and accessible. Maintains the accuracy and integrity of training records and learner data, assigns and tracks required and compliance training and provides timely troubleshooting and support to employees and leaders.
  • Coordinates and executes administrative and operational functions supporting Employee Development programs. Schedules instructor-led training, coordinates logistics including room setup and materials, prepares communications and documentation, maintains records, orders supplies and materials, processes and reconciles departmental expenses, supports onboarding training assignments and compliance training accuracy, assists with processing tuition-related payments and reimbursements, responds to department inquiries, and supports the administration of specialized programs as assigned.
  • Manages the Employee Development Jira Service Desk by triaging incoming requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through, and coordinating with appropriate team members. Prioritizes requests, maintains accurate tracking of training-related requests and records, and identifies trends or recurring issues for escalation as appropriate.
  • Proactively performs other duties as needed or assigned.
