Responsibilities include sorting, and distribution of incoming mail and packages, preparing shipping labels and postage for outgoing mail and packages, while also providing front-line customer service by answering the main company phone line and supporting the front reception desk. This role ensures timely delivery of correspondence, professional handling of visitors and callers, and smooth operation of general office services. Strong computer skills are essential for managing mail systems, email communications, and administrative tasks.
