Independently leads financial strategy discussions and deliverables for complex clients who are typically level funded or self-funded with 100 to 500 enrolled EEs and or clients that generate over $100k in revenue and are fully-insured. Leverages advanced knowledge in underwriting, plan design, and cost drivers to create financial deliverables including financial and contractual analysis, claims utilization analysis and modeling, renewal projections and premium rate analysis and modeling. Participate in prospective client meetings, as a presenter, as well as conducting initial opportunity analysis.
