Tropolis is seeking an Employee Benefits Analyst to join our Benefits team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is designed to function similarly to a Commercial Lines CSR, but in support of our employee benefits business. The Employee Benefits Analyst will play a key role in day-to-day client servicing, renewal support, carrier coordination, data and document management, and internal team execution. This person will help ensure a high-quality client experience while supporting Account Managers, Producers, and agency leadership in delivering responsive, accurate, and timely service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced agency environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys the operational side of benefits service and wants to grow within a collaborative, service driven team.
