The Senior Associate Account Manager provides support to the lead servicer, working both independently and as part of a client team to manage a variety of client service tasks and projects including preparing and sending market RFP’s, preparing renewals summaries, updating monthly claims reports, coordinating open enrollment, updating client deliverables and maintaining client files. This role acts as a back-up to the lead servicer, providing client service support to clients and managing multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
