Brown & Brown is Seeking an Employee Benefits Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. How You Will Contribute Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights into key performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and reporting. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Utilize Excel and other tools to perform data manipulation, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy. Assist in developing A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns and recommend improvements. Monitor and track social media and digital marketing analytics to assess the effectiveness of online initiatives. Assist in generating actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategies based on data analysis. Support the team in ad-hoc analysis projects and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated on marketing analytics best practices and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and data visualization techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is a bonus.
