Supports the development, implementation, and administration of HR employee benefit programs at the corporate level. Incumbents analyze HR problems and work with senior staff to recommend solutions based on expertise, knowledge and/or experience. Staff refer the most complex problems to senior line or HR management. Incumbent generally works under direct supervision and direction. Staff have basic knowledge in their assigned area and complete general tasks and analyses within established guidelines.

Requirements

Associate's Degree
minimum 1 year of experience
