We are hiring a Service Advisor to join our Employee Benefits department to support our employer group clients with benefits administration and help us maintain the trusted, high service experience they expect. This position offers a strong starting point for someone eager to learn employee benefits through hands-on service work.

Requirements

  • Active L&H License
  • Two-Three years of Employee benefits insurance experience (agency setting)
  • Knowledge of benefits administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid communication, organization, and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Applied EPIC and/or Employee Navigator

Responsibilities

  • Answer benefit questions, support claims resolution, and ensure employers and their employees feel informed and supported
  • Set up, renew, and maintain online enrollment platforms for open enrollment
  • Create custom open enrollment documents and materials that help employers communicate benefits clearly to their employees
  • Research billing discrepancies and work with carriers and internal teams to support accurate invoicing and resolution
  • Work open activities daily, manage incoming mail, emails, and carrier documentation to meet service timelines, and prevent delays
  • Maintain organized, current and complete records to support service standards and compliance
  • Help ensure a smooth, positive experience by following workflows and supporting your team in delivering prompt, accurate service.
