We’re hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, community events, and grassroots outreach. This is not a call center position—no cold calls, no scripts. Through live events and in-person marketing, we create authentic connections that make a real-world impact. 🎯 Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the front-line voice for nonprofit campaigns, connecting organizations with the public in impactful ways.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required—paid training and mentorship provided.
  • We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and making a difference.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are outgoing, energetic, and enjoy public-facing roles
  • Have an interest in nonprofits, advocacy, or social impact

  • Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
