About The Position
Employee Benefits Account Manager Established agency seeking a full-time Account Manager to work in our benefits department. This position supports the Producer in managing group benefit clients.
Requirements
- 3-7 years
- College or Equivalent
- Independent Agency Experience
Responsibilities
- Running Quotes and Preparing Benefit and Cost Comparisons
- Database Management
- Processing eligibility changes online with the insurance companies.
- Preparing open enrollment kits for employee meetings.
- Day to day service issues (billing, eligibility and claim resolution).
