About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager (EBAM) to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a laid-back, independent work environment and values autonomy while delivering exceptional service. As a key member of our team, you will manage a book of business with accounts ranging from 10-75 lives and a revenue of $250K. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the producers and clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in employee benefits account management
  • Familiarity with managing accounts of 10-75 lives and a $250K revenue book
  • Proficiency in Employee Navigator software is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service

Responsibilities

  • Provide standard servicing for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage new business presentations in collaboration with producers
  • Handle renewals and ensure timely communication with clients (within 24 hours)
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed
  • Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage accounts effectively
