Brown & Brown is Seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO. Assists the Team Leader and acts in a consulting capacity, administers client marketing, renewals and daily service functions. Acquires a knowledge of all phases of the Account Management career track within the Benefits Department. How You Will Contribute All responsibilities that fall within the Account Manager role. Proactive development and execution of client benefit strategy. Proficient level of compliance, benchmarking, renewal & marketing, reporting & analytics, and able to perform these functions with little guidance from the team lead. Independently or in partnership with Team Leader, leads client meetings and presentations. Coordinates onboarding of new clients. Strong knowledge of and relationships with vendors. Delegates tasks, training and onboarding as appropriate. Monitors and recommends opportunities for client revenue enhancement.
