The Emerging Talent Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in professional sports. Our mission is to attract top, early-career talent and provide meaningful, hands-on experience within the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization.
Participants do more than observe; they contribute. Interns gain real-world experience, insider access, and a comprehensive understanding of how a professional football organization operates. The program is intentionally structured to help participants build upon their academic foundation while defining clear, career-focused goals.
Each intern is placed within a specific department while also being encouraged to explore the broader business of football through networking opportunities, a Capstone Project, and our Internship Learning Series. Throughout the program, interns collaborate with team executives and build professional relationships that extend well beyond their internship experience.
This is a paid, hourly internship running from July 13, 2026, through June 25, 2027.

• REQUIRED: Submit a link to your video reel when applying. Applications without a video reel will not be considered. We must be able to assess your skillset and ability to determine your qualifications for the role.
• Completed bachelor’s or graduate degree
• Experience operating ARRI, Sony, and Canon camera workflow
• Strong knowledge of Adobe workflow, including Premieer Pro CC, Photoshop CC, and After Effects CC
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or comparable tools
• Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Producers
• Shoot, edit, and upload weekly media availability of team players and personnel
• Produce short-form and mid-form content for Buccaneers platforms, including but not limited to:
• Highlight packages
• Event recap packages
• Game highlight edits
• Player/Personnel teleprompter reads
• Production Assistant for off-site shoots
• Produce additional video content as assigned
