About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a high-acuity emergency department. In this role, you will provide rapid, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions—from minor injuries to complex, life-threatening emergencies. Success in this position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Acute Care Emergency Room RN experience
• Critical Care experience may be considered
• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
• Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required
• BLS required prior to start
• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and provide care to patients of all ages
• Manage multiple patients while prioritizing clinical needs
• Deliver safe, patient-centered emergency nursing care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety
