Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for an urgent opening in Palatka, Florida. This role is ideal for nurses with strong acute care ER experience who thrive in fast-paced, patient-focused environments. POSITION OVERVIEW The ER RN is responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering care to patients presenting with emergent and acute conditions. This role requires rapid decision-making, strong clinical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. SCHEDULE • Days, evenings, or nights available • Rotating weekends required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of acute care ER experience required
- Active Registered Nurse license required (Florida or compact)
- Must obtain Florida license within required timeframe if relocating
- Associate Degree required; BSN preferred
- BLS certification required within 30 days of start
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-acuity environment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
