As a Mitigation Technician at Paul Davis , you’ll be on the front lines helping property owners recover after disaster strikes. Requirements

  • High character with a track record of reliability and teamwork
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to work irregular hours when needed (including weekends)
  • Comfort working in challenging or hazardous environments with proper safety protocols
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Good communication skills, professionalism, and empathy with customers
  • Ability to legally work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (restoration, construction, demolition, facilities, etc.)
  • IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, Mold) are a big plus
  • Technically comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and job-related software
  • Willingness to train others or grow into leadership roles

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to help home and business owners after property damage
  • Mitigate water, fire, mold, and storm damage using professional tools and techniques
  • Work alongside a supportive team of technicians, supervisors, and managers
  • Communicate with customers and represent our brand with empathy and professionalism
  • Document damage, follow job scopes, and use mobile tools to report progress
  • Take pride in doing the job right—and safely—every time
