About The Position

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll set up and run embroidery machines to produce customized apparel that meets client specifications. You’ll manage thread sequencing, hoop garments accurately, and inspect output for quality while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your work directly contributes to delivering high-quality branded apparel that reflects our clients’ identities and expectations. By ensuring precision and consistency in every stitch, you help uphold our reputation for excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to production goals support team efficiency and customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining equipment and fostering a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–5 years in embroidery, machine operation, or apparel production preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual color discrimination.
  • Mechanical aptitude for machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Time management and prioritization to meet production deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MIS systems like PACE for job tracking.
  • Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Trade school or vocational training in apparel production or machine operation is a plus.
  • Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate single- and multi-head embroidery machines, including Tajima, to meet order specifications.
  • Hoop garments accurately and monitor embroidery for alignment and quality.
  • Inspect finished products and make adjustments to maintain high standards.
  • Log completed jobs in the MIS system and stage garments for quality control.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and uphold company values.
