About The Position

As Account Executive, Aerospace & Defense, you will drive Tuxera’s expansion within the global aerospace and defense markets. You are a results-oriented, self-driven professional with a strong background in complex B2B sales and a passion for advanced embedded technology. Your focus will be on developing new business and strategic partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators across the US — promoting Tuxera’s embedded data management solutions for high-reliability and safety-critical environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology sales across the US.
  • Proven track record of winning business with European/US primes or leading OEMs.
  • Strong knowledge of US industrial clusters and supplier networks.
  • Background in embedded systems, software, or technology solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across technical and executive levels.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • understanding of composites or materials is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting US aerospace and defense sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification through bidding and closing.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and technical buyers.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to scope and quote complex embedded software solutions.
  • Report sales metrics, client feedback, and competitive insights to inform business and product strategy.
