About The Position

We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Intern to join our Digital Marketing team for the summer. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the Manager of Commercial Marketing, Manager of Digital Marketing, Commercial Marketing Specialists, and the Paid Media Specialist to enhance our email marketing efforts and support broader awareness, nurture, and lead generation campaigns. You’ll optimize our email channel through testing, analysis, campaign ideation, and nurture track development. If you're passionate about digital marketing, enjoy experimenting with copy and design, and want to learn how email integrates with paid media, web strategy, and nurture programs, we’d love to hear from you. By the end of the internship, you will have built a portfolio of campaign tests and performance insights that demonstrate your ability to analyze and improve email performance. You will also receive personalized guidance on campaign strategy, automation best practices, and explore career pathways in digital marketing through mentorship and hands-on experience

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, graduating December 2026 or later.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and tone.
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity for testing and optimization.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage a project through to completion.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Optimization
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for subject lines, preview text, and email copy.
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform future campaigns.
  • Collaborate on landing page optimizations to improve email-driven conversions.
  • Nurture Track Development
  • Support the design, build, and execution of nurture tracks that support commercial goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align nurture content with campaign strategy and audience needs.
  • Assist in mapping customer journeys and identifying content opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the team to align email efforts with paid campaigns.
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives that span email, paid media, and web.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketers, including teams in campaign strategy, content development, product marketing, sales, and sales enablement.
  • Audience Growth & Engagement
  • Brainstorm and implement campaigns on our website and other owned platforms to drive email sign-ups.
  • Research and propose new strategies to grow and engage our subscriber base.
  • Partner with the commercial marketing and marketing automation teams to support email audience growth.
  • Platform Execution
  • Build and schedule emails within our email marketing platform.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
