About The Position

Move Concierge is seeking an Email & Marketing Automation Analyst to drive excellence across our marketing technology ecosystem. In this role, you’ll maintain, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) platforms, supporting campaigns, automation, and reporting that power our high-performance marketing initiatives. Requirements

  • Two or more years of hands-on experience with Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement in a marketing operations or technical marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, marketing automation workflows, and lead management.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates and proper UTM/tracking implementation.
  • Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or other CDPs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to data quality.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Move Concierge’s Pardot instance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain engagement programs, automation rules, email templates, dynamic content, and segmentation lists.
  • Update and manage HTML email templates, ensuring correct UTM tagging and tracking for analytics and attribution.
  • Maintain governance over users, permissions, folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Build, run, and maintain campaign performance reports in Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Partner with Analytics and Operations teams to leverage Tableau, Google Analytics, and other BI tools for actionable insights.
  • Provide analysis on campaign trends, nurture effectiveness, funnel activity, and audience engagement.
  • Support data mapping and reporting alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, including automation errors, sync delays, data mismatches, and deliverability concerns.
  • Conduct thorough QA of campaigns, forms, automations, and tracking parameters prior to launch.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and IT to maintain accurate, reliable data flows.
  • Assist with early-stage initiatives and integrations involving Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) or other CDPs.
  • Support data hygiene, segmentation, identity resolution, and contact governance efforts.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects, testing, and documentation within Marketing Technology.
