At Travelers, the Digital Marketing team is responsible for raising relevant awareness with target audiences, deepening engagement with valuable content and increasing preference and demand for Travelers products and services using an appropriate mix of platforms. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and/or social selling programs to execute the team's strategies. You will measure and to optimize campaign and/or field activation performance, collaborate with business partners and digital marketing leadership in the development of strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will support the adoption and maintenance of marketing technology tools. Digital Marketing Managers who specialize in paid media and audience development plan and optimize media mix to drive the most effective and efficient campaign performance. Digital Marketing Managers who specialize in email marketing manage data and list management, segmentation, promotional messaging execution, template setup and adjustment, behavioral rules, and campaign setup and delivery within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Digital Marketing Managers who specialize in social selling will enable and coach the field sales organization to build and strengthen relationships through LinkedIn and the company's social sharing program.
