Ruby Labs is seeking a results-obsessed Email Growth Manager to join its Email Marketing department, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. This is a high-impact, data-driven role focused on conversion optimization and growth experimentation. The primary objective is to significantly grow email marketing as a conversion channel across all Ruby Labs brands. This role is distinct from traditional email marketing, as it does not involve executing daily campaigns or managing flows. Instead, the manager will drive an experimentation culture by generating hypotheses, designing A/B tests, analyzing results, scaling successful strategies, and continuously monitoring the competitive landscape for new opportunities. The Email Growth Manager will collaborate closely with the Email Lead, Email Marketing Specialists, and the broader Marketing and Data teams to ensure that all experiments are actionable, insights are implemented, and winning ideas effectively boost sign-ups and conversions.
