We don’t need just another “email marketer.” We need someone who can take a list, a lifecycle, and a platform (HubSpot — it’s our oxygen) and make it sing. Someone who knows the difference between blasting emails and building experiences. You’ll architect journeys that move people — from the first click to the long-term relationship. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Writing, designing, building, and shipping emails people actually want to open. Owning automation in HubSpot — onboarding, nurture, retention, winbacks. Segmenting like a scientist, but telling stories like a human. Testing, breaking, learning, repeating. Maintaining impeccable list hygiene and ensuring global compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) across all automated workflows. Watching the numbers, but never forgetting the person behind them. The team you will be joining: This multi-talented inbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of digital marketers, writers, designers, and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing stunning product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content, and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand, and deliver a delightful customer experience. Learn more about Life at OnLogic: www.onlogic.com/life-at-onlogic Who we're looking for: You know email inside out: how to plan it, build it, and optimize it until it actually works. You’ve lived in HubSpot. Not just visited. Data isn’t a report to you — it’s fuel. You use it to segment, personalize, and make every send smarter. You can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the story. You can translate complex industrial hardware specs into clear, benefit-driven stories that resonate with engineers and IT buyers alike. You spot problems fast and fix them faster. You can write like a human and think like a marketer. You’re as comfortable sketching copy ideas as you are tweaking automation workflows. Testing, measuring, iterating — that’s just how you breathe. Above all: you make communications feel less like marketing, and more like a conversation people actually want to have.
