About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ELTS Electrical Technician to join our team in Hattiesburg, MS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical systems and a strong background in Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical equipment and control systems.
• Work extensively with Allen Bradley PLCs for programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
