About The Position

The Eligibility Supervisor plays a key leadership role within Child Care Assistance, a program of ChildCareGroup that administers child care subsidies to support working parents and strengthens early education quality throughout Dallas, Jefferson, Hardin, and Orange counties. This role ensures the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of eligibility determination and case management processes. As an Eligibility Supervisor, you coach and monitor staff, uphold performance benchmarks, and ensure all activities align with federal, state, and local guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to the program areaorequivalent combination of education andexperience;plusthree years of relevant program experience.
• One or more years of experience in a task‑lead or supervisory role, with strong knowledge of nonprofit, government, or workforce program operations.
• Excellent customer service skills, problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, withproficiencyin Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Reliability, confidentiality, professionalism, and alignment with CCG’s mission, values, and commitment to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of eligibility processing, including scheduling and ensuring sufficient team coverage to meet performance benchmarks.
• Supervise Eligibility Specialists and support hiring, developing, coaching, and evaluating staff performance.
• Monitor productivity, analyze workflow reports, and implement improvements to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with CCG policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while providing guidance on complex customer issues and work item requests.
• Represent CCA in the community as needed and complete reports, reviews, and special projects to support program goals.
