About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Eligibility Data Specialist to ensure all eligibility data within the EZCap system is accurate, updated, and maintained in a timely manner. This role is responsible for researching, entering, and reconciling eligibility updates while supporting overall data integrity across the organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and comfortable working within multiple systems in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and current eligibility data within the EZCap system.
Research eligibility discrepancies and make timely updates or corrections as needed.
Ensure all system changes related to existing eligibility records are completed efficiently and accurately.
Navigate between multiple windows and platforms to validate, review, and reconcile eligibility information.
Perform scanning, filing, and documentation tasks to support data management workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve eligibility issues and ensure seamless member processing.
