Requirements

Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, School Administration, Curriculum and Instruction, or other educational field
Valid Michigan School Administrator Certification or the ability to obtain certification
Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and community members
Successful experience as a classroom teacher
3-5 years of school leadership or administrative experience preferred
Previous experience with data-driven instruction to improve culture and academic outcomes
Experience with turnaround schools/CSI designated schools
