About The Position
CLASSROOM TEACHER 2026-2027 School Year PK, Kindergarten, 1st or Second Grade PRIMARY PURPOSE Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. This posting seeks a pool of applicants for more than one teaching vacancy on the PK - 2 campus. Grade assignments will be determined by campus needs. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements, EC-4 OR EC-6 Self Contained
- Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
- General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
