The Electronic / Mechanical Technician supports the repair, calibration, and testing of industrial electronic and electro-mechanical equipment under the guidance of senior technicians and specialists. This role focuses on developing technical skills while ensuring repaired units meet company quality and performance standards. The Junior Technician assists with diagnosing, repairing, and validating equipment such as PLCs, drives, industrial PCBs, timers, counters, monitors, servo motors, and temperature/process control devices. Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, component replacement, soldering, and functional testing using standard diagnostic tools and procedures. This position requires foundational knowledge of electronics or electro-mechanical systems, soldering skills, and the ability to follow documented repair processes. The Junior Technician is responsible for accurately documenting repairs and test results in company IT systems and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
