SUMMARY: Responsible for all member services regarding EFT (electronic funds transfer), debit and credit card services, dormant account servicing, garnishments, IRS levies, account seizures, ACHs, checks, incoming and outgoing wire transfers, and account batch posting. Responsible for detecting, mitigating, and resolving all fraud issues within the Credit Union. Responsible for handling the processing of all electronic payments and providing support to front line staff inquiries relating to said services. This position requires an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external members and to be able to represent the credit union in a professional manner. Provide the highest level of service always.
