The Electronic Imaging Technician works under the direction of the Manager of Radiology Support Services (Imaging Service Center). This role provides technical support to internal and external customers by efficiently performing a wide variety of tasks utilizing Picture and Archive Communications systems (PACS) technology. The ultimate goal is accurate and efficient utilization of electronic/manual image and data storage, reporting and distribution methodologies. Candidates for this full-time, entry-level position should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task efficiently, possess direct customer service experience, and be computer savvy. Experience with Microsoft products is required, and candidates must be comfortable learning additional system applications. The position is primarily Monday-Friday day shift at Riverside Methodist Hospital, with a rotating weekend requirement at Grant Medical Center where weekend hours will vary. This role is ideal for individuals considering a degree in the radiology/imaging field.
