Gaming Capital Group, a leading vendor in the gaming industry, is seeking an Electronic Game Technician to join their growing company. This position will be responsible for all aspects of game maintenance and service for games operated by GCG at the Newcastle Casino. The role involves preparing and installing gaming equipment, performing preventive maintenance, conversions, setting options, and repairing games in a field environment. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of parts, documenting repairs, following preventive maintenance schedules, and performing tasks with little supervision. Additional duties include installing secure communications, gathering data, following up on issues, reading schematic diagrams, troubleshooting for customers and on-site technicians, performing pre-site inspections, providing some supervision and mentoring to junior technicians, performing conversion projects, assisting customers with disputes and jackpot verifications, interfacing with customers on installations and service activities, and educating customers and players on basic game functionality. The duties and responsibilities are not limited to those listed and can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet business needs.
