Electronic Attack Futures: Senior Capture & Strategy Lead
About The Position
This role is for an experienced Capture professional to lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts and captures for next-generation capabilities within the Electronic Attack Solutions Product Line at BAE Systems. The role involves new business development initiatives, deep customer understanding/relationships, execution of development and proof of concept projects, and bid and proposal activities. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security. Requirements
- Required Security Clearance: Secret
- Experience leading mid/large teams on development efforts of significant complexity
- Discipline experience and/or expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature
- Demonstrated program/project management skills with a strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures
- Experience leading software development and integration efforts with familiarity and experience with current development strategies and approaches
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and applying Risk and Opportunity Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be cleared to Top Secret

- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- 12+ years Program Management, technical leadership, or other relevant work experience
