In Canton, NC, we’re growing—and we’re looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to keep our injection molding and assembly operations running at their best. Your impact Maintain and repair injection molding and assembly equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions and restore equipment to service Perform preventive maintenance routines that reduce unplanned downtime Contribute to continuous improvement and take part in root cause investigations Comply with all plant policies and the NFPA 70E Arc Flash PPE and procedures Respond rapidly to breakdowns to protect production schedules Work schedule 12-hour night shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred
- Prefer 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience; mechanical aptitude may substitute for direct experience
- Comfort interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
- Proficiency with hand and power tools for installation and repair tasks
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Nice To Haves
- Experience in field service, hydraulic systems, or as an industrial electrician is advantageous
