About The Position

About the Role Picture a day that begins at the CMMS terminal, where you scan overnight work orders and schedule preventive maintenance. Before coffee cools, you’re at a production line, adjusting a control instrument to keep throughput steady. Mid-morning brings a break-fix call—diagnosing basic control-system circuitry, swapping a worn component, and verifying performance. After lunch, you might turn a small part on the lathe or use a drill press or grinder to recondition a tool, and finish with a quick weld to get a machine back online. You wrap the day with a 5S sweep, update maintenance history, and highlight a continuous-improvement idea that saves cost and time.
