About The Position
The Senior Electromechanical Maintenance Technician is a hands-on role focused on executing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This position works directly on the floor, responding to breakdowns, performing scheduled maintenance, and restoring equipment to safe operation with minimal downtime.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- Proven experience working in 24/7 manufacturing environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of: Mechanical systems (conveyors, pneumatics, pumps).
- Electrical systems (motors, starters, basic controls).
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills at the equipment level.
- Comfortable working under pressure during production downtime.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Experience troubleshooting VFDs (fault recognition and reset).
- Basic welding or fabrication skills.
- Experience with sanitary equipment
