About The Position

Is this you? Do you enjoy solving tough equipment problems—mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic? Can you read schematics, trace faults, and get a press back online quickly and safely? Are you proactive about PMs and driven to prevent issues before they start? What you’ll do Maintain and repair injection molding presses (hydraulic, electric, hybrid) and associated auxiliaries. Troubleshoot breakdowns, pinpoint root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions. Support mold changeovers, startups, and on-press process troubleshooting as needed. Service and maintain dryers, chillers, material handling systems, conveyors, and robots. Use electrical and mechanical documentation to guide safe, effective repairs. Follow safety policies and Lockout/Tagout at every step; act fast to minimize downtime. Document work orders, labor, and parts in a CMMS or maintenance log. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality to raise OEE and reliability. Assist with installations, equipment upgrades, and CI initiatives. What you’ll need High school diploma or GED (required); technical training or certification (preferred). 3+ years in industrial maintenance; injection molding experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of molding machines and mold tooling. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, VFDs, sensors, and PLC basics to intermediate. Competence with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment. PM/CMMS familiarity and strong documentation habits. Ability to work solo or as part of a cross-functional team. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts when required. Proficiency spotlight Demonstrated experience in injection molding is essential. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required); technical training or certification (preferred).
  • 3+ years in industrial maintenance; injection molding experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of molding machines and mold tooling.
