Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
  • Skilled in the use of equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges
  • 10 years' experience in OEM integrations
  • 10 Years Industrial Maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer Preventative Maintenance on a wide variety of industrial maintenance equipment, to include Mold Injection equipment, prefer experience with SIPA
  • Prefer injection mold material processing and material/resin dryers
  • Prefer formal certifications or education in PLC
  • Prefer experience with PLC - Rockwell Allen Bradley and Siemens.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide
  • Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to all water processing equipment, including mold injection machines
  • Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrence
  • Partner with other Maintenance mechanics to resolve cross-functional problems
  • Use of available software systems to analyze and identify issues to drive throughout performance
  • SIPA injection molding machines consisting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
  • Auxiliary systems including resin handling/blending, resin drying, dehumidification, vision inspection, conveying, and cooling systems.
  • Mold injection systems, internal hot runner and cold half maintenance, identification of component wear and troubleshooting through detailed inspection of produced products
