About The Position

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an Electromagnetic Spectrum Program Manager to support AFRL initiatives. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 5–10+ years of professional experience in a technical analysis, technical program management, or related position.
  • Deep technical background in electromagnetic spectrum-related topics.
  • Prior experience in intelligence production and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of relevant military aircraft and platforms and their integration with electromagnetic spectrum technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional team environments, with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical and programmatic information to diverse audiences, such as program offices and senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and handling of Government Furnished Information (GFI).
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support to our Air Force customer, focusing on coordination of technical analysis, test, and other program execution activities with government program offices.
  • Aid in the management of program activities to ensure alignment with customer objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary scientific, technical, and operational teams, including engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable plans and deliver high-impact solutions for military aircraft and platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with program customers, present technical and programmatic information through briefings, reports, and reviews.
  • Generate and manage Government Furnished Information (GFI) for program performers, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure provision of data, documentation, and resources.
  • Field technical questions from performers, providing expert responses or coordination with respective subject matter experts on integration, platform compatibility, and program-specific challenges.
  • Coordinate as needed with the intelligence community to align program efforts with threat-informed operational context.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including acquisition strategies, performance metrics, and progress reports to support ongoing oversight and knowledge transfer.
