About The Position

Peraton seeks an Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Manager to support ARCYBER G6 with a comprehensive cybersecurity posture, ranging from strategic framework implementation to tactical incident response to Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO). Location: Fort Gordon, GA.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years of unique skills.
  • Must have an understanding of Savant Catalyst, Wireshark and packet capture analysis.
  • Must hold appropriate DoD 8140.03/8570.01 baseline certifications applicable to work role upon start date.
  • Must obtain IAT-II IA Cybersecurity certification such as Security+, CySA+, or other within 30 days from hire date.
  • Must be able to occasionally support hours for crisis, surge support, or as mission needs require.
  • U.S Citizenship required.
  • Active DoD TS SCI clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain Polygraph, and MEAD clearance.

  • eMASS knowledge is highly preferred, not required.
  • ARCYBER G6 training available.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in adjudicating operational spectrum conflicts between commands.
  • Assist in coordination of spectrum resource planning for Army test and training ranges.
  • Ensure all installation spectrum managers are trained, equipped and resourced with regard to Army regulations and/or authoritative documents.
  • Identify spectrum resource requirements in domestic, international, Joint, Combined and Service operations and crises, contingencies and readiness exercises.
  • Coordinate critical EW plans/operations with stakeholders, including intelligence and electronic warfare (EW) entities, Federal agencies and/or foreign governments.
  • Use modeling/simulation tools to predict EW activity effects on joint and multinational operations.
  • Represent the ARCYBER CG in conferences, working groups and committees with DOD, Federal and non-Federal agencies.
