Requirements

  • 1-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Understanding of electrical schematics
  • Precision soldering capabilities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good verbal communication, attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset
  • May require up to 10% domestic and potentially international travel

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly according to engineered drawings and established procedures
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
  • Assemble equipment per engineering specifications and inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality
  • Perform precision soldering of electronic components
  • Maintain an orderly work area and properly care for company-supplied tooling
  • Contribute to the development of new procedures and improvement of existing ones
  • Uphold Weatherford's commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate leadership and ethical behavior in alignment with company standards
