Schedule: Day shift (Monday thru Friday) / must be available to serve in on-call rotation to address after-hours and weekend emergencies. Compensation: Paid Weekly - hourly rate based on experience

Requirements

Associate degree or certification in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Intermediate understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be available to serve in on-call rotation to address after-hours and weekend emergencies, with additional compensation provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Computer literate, Microsoft environment.
Agility to climb, walk, twist, and bend.
Ability to stand or sit in one place for extended periods of time.
Must be able to safely lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and setup of automated machinery and control systems.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on automation equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automated systems.
Document maintenance activities and system performance.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Proficient in 480-volt 3 phase and all control voltages applicable.
Strong ability to make changes to control wiring and PLC programming with the ability to understand the importance of backing up files and updating electrical prints.
Perform or assist with other maintenance duties, electrical or mechanical, as required.
Participate in on-call rotation schedule.
